Welcome to our cottage

Our recently renovated cottage overlooks McCook Point beach and Niantic Bay.  It contains approximately 500 square feet of living space and includes a living/dining area, bedroom, kitchen, and a full bath (shower only).  Cottage occupancy is up to four persons—two can sleep in the queen-size bed in the bedroom and two can sleep on the futon in the main living/dining area that opens to a full-size bed.

2013 weekly rental rates are $650 for “in-season” and $300 for “off-season.”  In-season rates apply from June 15^th through September 14^th.  Off-season rates apply prior to and after these dates, with the rental season starting June 1^st and ending October 5^th.
